Welcome to Bowls Tauranga South the friendly progressive club. We welcome new members and visitors. Our club was established in 1924 and we recently celebrated our centenary.
We are not limited to playing in just the summer months. We have worked hard to ensure that we can offer all our bowlers, be they competitive or casual, with the most up to date carpet greens and a covered green facility in Tauranga. This means that we can play in all weather.
You will find that bowls is brilliant fun to play whether it be as a full-time bowler competing in club championships and tournaments, or a social bowler looking to enjoy a casual rollup and get to know the game better. We have memberships to suit everyone.
Our club has qualified and friendly coaching staff who are more than happy to welcome and offer encouragement to bowlers at every level, especially those that may be trying bowls for the first time.
